tar

Wood tar is widely used as a veterinary care product, particularly as an antiseptic and hoof care treatment for cattle.

Birds cause wounds on the skin of animals due to insects that crawl on the animals. It is useful to use tarr to heal these wounds and prevent birds from reopening the wound. When tar is applied to the wounded area, healing is visible. In the photos below, before and after the cow with wounds is added.

1)Excellent Support for Animal Hoof Health.
Tar is used to prevent and treat infections in the nails of cattle, cows and other cattle. It heals nail wounds, repairs cracks and keeps the nail healthy. When applied on the nails, it prevents the proliferation of germs and creates a protective barrier thanks to its antiseptic properties. Apply directly to infected or damaged nails. Rub the product into the nail until well absorbed and repeat regularly.

2)Helping Wounds Heal Quickly .
Tar helps open wounds in animals to heal quickly. When applied on the wound, it reduces the risk of infection and allows wounds to close quickly. Its natural antiseptic effect prevents the spread of germs and ensures a safe healing process. Apply a thin layer on the wound. Repeat during the healing process if necessary.

3)Effective Solution Against Skin Problems .
Tar is also used to relieve skin irritations and itching in animals. It provides effective protection against skin problems caused by fungi and parasites. It softens the skin, relieves irritation and helps prevent infections.

4)Effective Solution Against Fungal and Bacterial Infections
Tar offers a powerful defense mechanism against bacteria and fungal infections. It forms a protective layer on the nails and skin, providing long-term protection against health problems of animals. Apply to fungal or irritated skin areas to help resolve the problem.

5)Horn Fractures
After the animal with a broken horn is restrained, a mixture of water or olive oil and tar is prepared and applied to the area to stop the bleeding and prevent flies from leaving lavae in the area.

6)Effective Solution Against Internal Parasites
For the prevention and treatment of internal parasites (intestinal and stomach parasites), tar is added to the drinking water of animals or they drink it orally. For the same purpose, tar and “çorak” (a mixture of salt and flour) are poured into the drinking water of goats and they drink it.

7)Thick Consistency and Long-Lasting Protection
Thanks to its dense consistency, tar is effective for a long time on the surface where it is applied. It adheres firmly to the surface and provides resistance against external factors. This feature helps to maintain the protective effect of tar even when animals roam in open areas.
